I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, where I saw firsthand the effects of a lack of financial literacy and the limited availability of economic opportunities on a community. However, I decided instead to transmute the anger I had toward poverty into the power I needed to found FOLA. Our vision is simple: Empowerment through education and economic enrichment. We are building an interface where, with the help of AI and human expertise, we can create custom financial roadmaps to get people from where they are to their desired financial destination. -Sheneya Wilson
