I teach writing and wellness courses at the California Institute for Human Sciene, a mind-body-spirit university. I am based in Las Vegas and am the author of Be Your Own POKER Guru, a book that explores emotional regulation. And I am currrntly researching a new poker book about and for women, Be Your Own Poker GODDESS, to expand emotional regulation techniques into personal and spiritual development both in and off the felt.
